Step 1: Start with Everyday Conversations

You do not need to install complex software. Start with accessible tools:

• ChatGPT (Free web & mobile app)
• Google Gemini (Integrated with Google search and tools)
• Claude AI (Excellent for long document reading)

Treat the AI like a highly capable assistant who needs clear context.

Step 2: Master the 4 Components of a Good Prompt

In my workshops, I teach the R-C-T-O Framework:

• Role: Tell the AI who it should act as (e.g., "Act as an expert English teacher in Nepal").
• Context: Give background info (e.g., "I am writing an email to a bank manager regarding a loan inquiry").
• Task: State clearly what you need (e.g., "Draft a polite 3-paragraph email in formal English").
• Output Format: Specify the style (e.g., "Use bullet points for required documents").
