What this site collects, and why.

This website is run by Rabin Paudel, Pokhara, Nepal, with Digital Solution Pvt. Ltd. (Reg. No. 302424). Questions about your data: contact@rabinpaudel.com.

The contact form collects your name, email, optional phone number and organisation, the type of inquiry, your answers to the questions for that type (for example event date or audience size), and your message.

It also sends a little context about your visit, so the reply can be relevant: the page you were on before the form, the first page of your visit, the name of the site that referred you (for example facebook.com), and campaign tags if the link you followed had them. This context is kept in your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab, and it leaves your browser only if you submit the form.

The inquiry is stored in the site’s content system, where only administrators can read it, and a notification is emailed to Rabin’s inbox. It is used to reply and to follow up on your request. It is not sold or shared for marketing.

Inquiries are kept while the conversation, and any work that follows from it, is active. You can ask for yours to be deleted at any time.

Public pages do not set cookies. The administration area uses a login cookie for staff only.

If site analytics are switched on, they use a cookieless service (Plausible or Umami) that counts page views and events such as clicks to the contact page or completed inquiries, without personal data. Nothing is loaded at all if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

The server processes your IP address to limit spam on the contact form. It is held in memory for up to ten minutes and is not saved with your inquiry. The site is served over HTTPS with security headers that block third-party scripts except the analytics service described above.

Many pages link to posts on Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn. When you open them, those platforms’ own privacy policies apply.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent by writing to contact@rabinpaudel.com. You can also simply use the contact form and say so in the message.
